KWEEVE OWNS AND OPERATES THE KWEEVE WEB APPLICATION. THESE TERMS OF USE APPLY TO ALL USERS WHO SIGN-UP ON THE PLATFORM OR ARE THE END-USERS. BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM OR ANY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

Terms:

  1. The Service: The Kweeve service allows end-users to make donations to causes listed by charities and/or organizations signed up to the platform.
  2. Making a Donation: If you make a donation using the Service, we will withdraw the amount of your donation from the payment method that you provide to us.
  3. Content: All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials are the sole responsibility of such viewers or users.
  4. General: These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the platform, Service and all related activities.
